− There was a very loud noise coming from the elevator a couple of times an hour .

8.0Extremely helpful and professional reception staff. Great location, close to all the main areas I wanted to visit. Good facilities in the room.
− The hallways were very dark and the lifts were slow. There was road noise at night, given that the hotel is in a major route.
