10.0I liked the cosy, comfortable atmosphere also the quiet...About the room... Disappointed by a couple of maintenance issues, though. The toilet flush wasn't very effective in fact the handle was loose and almost hanging off!! Also, the window catch was not securely fixed and could easily have come right away at the slightest touch...Incidentally, I couldn't get the shower head to depress sufficiently and ended up soaking the bathroom floor!!!

4.0Room was fine for the price but it sadly has bed bugs. Woke up the morning of my stay covered in bites. Tried to resolve direct before leaving in a review but no response. Hopefully this will initiate some action to resolve.
