The hotel did the job for me and was good value for money
7.0The hotel is centrally located and my stay represented good value for money. I was in Great Malvern for one evening to go to the theatre. The staff were friendly and welcoming and keen to please. One or two features in the room in terms of decor and equipment were dated. This did not detract from my stay but these aspects were noticeable. I would happily stay at the hotel again.

Overall, an excellent stay .
9.0Reception, Room, and Breakfast, and location at the top of the town, were all that could have been hoped for and expected.
− The only niggle was that in the morning the water in the en-suite shower-room was no more than lukewarm, even after running the tap for a god while; alright with the heat-wave weather but would be less good with more average temperatures.
