Desperately needs housekeeping standards. Check in needs some welcoming personalities.
6.0All in one location - dinner, breakfast, casino, pool
− Room was dirty. Check in was not professional (2nd attempt was great) No welcome acknowledgement for first time guests to the hotel.
Inconvenient, but fine.
4.0− When we first checked in, our room smelled like cigarette smoke. We were told by the front desk initially that there was nothing they could do. The manager called a few moments later and moved us to a different room, but it still smelled musty and slightly like cigarettes, but definitely not as bad. The person walking us to the room tried to blame it on the wildfires, but that was definitely not the case. We then got a loud knock on the door at 3:15am, waking us up from our sleep. They were bringing a air purifier, but it was way too late to provide one.
