Don't expect an answer from Hotel
3.0great location for train station
− Communication terrible, called and left 3 messages and emailed 3 times all with no response. Advised day before arrival no evening meal or breakfast available as kitchen problems, not great when travelling by train.
We would never stay here again, it's dirty and certainly not value for money
3.0Staff didn't turn up to cook breakfast, doors to breakfast room were locked. Went to a local cafe instead.
− Would have been good if the room was clean and there weren't spiders and cobwebs in the corners. Skirting boards covered in dust.The door was very difficult to lock and unlock. The food we had on the friday evening was very basic. Ordered breakfast but nobody turned up to cook it or unlocked the door, everybody was left wondering why. We ate somewhere else, got a refund for breakfast but no explanation or apology.

8.0Location was perfect for us for a visit to Eden Project and parking was free. Staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. Rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean and the beds were soo comfy. Breakfast lived up to the standards i had read online. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends

Convenient and hospitable.
10.0Staff were very hospitable. Free pool table. Sky TV. The kitchen was closed but we were allowed to get a takeaway and eat in the pub. Large rooms.
