8.0As always, very welcoming; lovely room overlooking pretty garden; quiet, very comfortable. Great breakfast, including full English.
− Shower was a little difficult to set temperature and operate.

Nice for a peak district explore
7.0The lady being understanding and accommodating with our late arrival. And dietry requirements. Having a safe place to park. The old railway tunnel nearby. Walks. Nearby cafes and restaurants.
− Needs a bit of an uplift with the decor also part of it's charm. Found the breakfast bacon a bit tough but it may be a local thing.
