10.0The location, The peace, Very friendly staff, Very dog friendly, We were made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them, the chauffeur service was brilliant it saved our old legs and the drivers were very helpful and friendly, we would highly recommend guests with dogs to stay at this hotel they will love it especially the doggy dining room. Cartmel is a lovely village with a small number of pubs for eating out and the staff can book your table for you

A lovely weekend and memorable service.
10.0I booked this for my daughter and her partner. Their feedback to me was detailed. They were impressed by the level service and the friendliness of all staff. They could not do enough and every query or request was immediately attended to. Convenient return transport to Cartmel was made available at all times and their two dogs were looked after as well as their owners. They will return.
Our stay was fabulous, the rooms are something else, the food and the staff are exceptional with a courtesy bus to take

A wonderful peaceful break in a comfortable setting.
9.0Excellent staff who offered us champagne on arrival. The room was very comfortable with superb linen and towels. Very nice setting- minutes away from Cartmel and the staff willingly dropped us there and back. The breakfast was well prepared and used locally sourced products. Will be back!
