− 淋浴間水擋壞了漏水出來小朋友滑倒、衣櫃關不上燈一直亮著影響睡眠、2樓3樓的餐廳員工會按完電梯又不上也不講話不知道在幹嘛、員工的態度都很一般、外面拿糖果的那家店的員工就更差了

10.0交通方便，雖然建物較舊，但整體環境整潔明亮，看的出業主有用心經營，是合乎方便性與安全性為首要考量的旅客的最佳選擇
− 停車場控管不佳，雖有住宿停車不收費不用過卡的美意，但停車控管人員狀況外及控管硬體操作不順，徒增開車住戶困擾

− AC is insufficient for summer, lobby is extremely hot for so-called "5 stars", public area restrooms are horribly dirty.
