Per raggiungere Cadwgan House bisogna aprire il cancello che attraversa la linea ferroviaria. È disponibile un parcheggio in loco. Si può raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi con una lunga camminata attraverso le dune. Personale sempre presente e disponibile. La camera numero 3 si raggiunge salendo alcuni scalini. È di grandi dimensioni con letto a baldacchino. Tè e caffè. Un bagno con vasca ad angolo molto spazioso. No ventilatore ma con le finestre aperte ci hanno aiutato a dormire al fresco. Bella vista del giardino e molto silenzioso. Varie scelte per la colazione. Super abbondante se pur non troppo saporita.

− Wegbeschreibung sagt nicht, dass man das Tor an einem Bahnübergang öffnen muss, um das Hotel zu erreichen Klo direkt unter einer Dachschräge

Good hotel with nice breakfast

The room had everything you need including tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space for clothes if you wanted to unpack. There was a good choice at breakfast and it was well cooked. The beach was about 20 minute walk away (past caravan park)

− The hotel is the first house (less than 100m) after a train level crossing at a station, you have to get out of your car and manually open both gates, drive through and then close them behind you (Penalty for not closing £1,000). Regarding my room, the only criticism I would have was with regard to the TV, it was quite small and the signal dropped, so one minute you were watching a programme and the next minute you were watching something completely different as the channel you were watching had no signal. There was an antenna on the window cill which you could move but that did nothing. My only other issue was the strict timing of the breakfast which was between 8am to 9am even on the weekends. I would have preferred it, if it was say 10am on the weekend. The only evening food available within easy walking distance was on a local caravan park about 15 minutes walk away. There was a fish & chip shop and a pub which served food, the quality of the food was good.

First visit, owners very welcoming, ideal situation, all clean, breakfast one of the best I have been offered. Will be back if need to stay in the area again.

Breakfast very good Full English plenty on your plate

− Room not clean particularly the carpets tables were sticky, not been wiped down. TV was a problem being very intermittent and few channels. Generally not very inviting on arrival. Main entrance was very cluttered with boxes and storage items looked more like a shed. Host was not welcoming with a poor customer service approach.

OK for one night

This place was just fine for one night stay. The garden was nice surprise at it was really hot and it was unbearably hot in our room (no fan available).

− This place needs an overall cleaning; the smell and clutter in the public areas was off putting. It was difficult to access the property as there is it is beyond railroad tracks and a gate with a sign that prohibits crossing with a car. We would have appreciated instructions in advance of how to reach the property; that way we would have avoided finding a place to park and then go by foot to the property just to find out that it is fine to open the gate and drive to there.
