Comfortable bed and AC especially during heatwave.

− No mini fridge. Only ice machine in basement. No laundry service, only dry cleaning.

staff were all pleasant and kind. I like that there was always a staff member behind the desk and they were great at giving information and helping me with stuff when needed. the location to this place is top teir. As a solo female travel i always have to think about if the area im staying at is going to make me feel comfortable walking around alone and it definitely dose. It’s super convient, it’s walking distance at most 10-15 mins to a lot of trendy shops, cafes and restaurants and if you can’t walk there the subways are all at least 3 to 5 mins walking distance and they connect you to everywhere. The hotel itself is pretty clean. yes it’s on the smaller side but it is nyc so what else can we aspect lmao.

− booking it says breakfast is included, but the only type of “breakfast” they have is serving coffee and tea in rhe lobby until 11am which… sure I guess. The ice machine is located in the basement which is also a choice and I found it to be kinda inconvenient that there is no fridge in your actual hotel room? I feel like that typically is something that’s common in other hotels i’ve stayed at. The biggest con for me personally is how thin the walls are. If someone is standing in the hallway it doesn’t matter what they are doing you will be able to hear them from your room. The AC also makes weird noises all night long so that mixed in with frequently hearing literally ever little sound from the hallway causes me to frequently wake up in a panic because it almost always sounded like someone was trying to entire my room. If you are a light sleeper I genuinely think you would not like staying at this place.

Localização espetacular, na divisa entre o Soho e o West Village. Perto de tudo na área. Vizinho à linha 1 do metrô. Quarto todo reformado, com duas camas queen. Ar condicionado potente, um pouco barulhento Chuveiro excelente

− A porta do banheiro é de vidro, não transparente. Quando alguém acende a luz durante a noite, acorda todos os outros. Politica indesculpável de limpeza dos quartos. Simplesmente não arrumam os quartos todos os dias. Você precisa pedir na recepção. Stress gratuito. É um hotel, não Airbnb!
