− We had a wet room and the soak away didn’t drain properly so the bathroom was completely flooded and took15 mins to drain

− The bed was the hardest most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in. And the floorboards in the room above us were very noisy when being walked on. So not a lot of sleep during our 2 night stay!
