1.0L'emplacement uniquement
− Très déçu par cet établissement. Même pour une seule nuit, je ne le trouve pas adapté aux familles. Le canapé-lit était extrêmement inconfortable, au point que je n'ai pas passé une nuit reposante. La propreté laisse également à désirer : les murs étaient sales et abîmés à plusieurs endroits, avec des traces qui semblaient être des griffures (peut-être dues à des animaux). La moquette était très sale, ce qui renforce le sentiment de manque d'entretien. L'équipement de l'appartement est très basique et ne répond pas vraiment aux attentes que l'on peut avoir pour ce type d'hébergement. Le seul point positif est son emplacement, qui est pratique. Malheureusement, cela ne suffit pas à compenser les nombreux points négatifs. Pour ma part, je n'y retournerai pas et je ne peux pas recommander cet établissement. Il sera clairement retiré de mes recherches pour un prochain séjour.

Heureusement qu’on ne restait qu’une nuit.
3.0La localisation et le parking privé sont idéals. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle et plutôt propre. Ventilateur a disposition pour la chaleur.
− La moquette des chambres est très très sale. La cuisine n’est pas fonctionnelle (bouilloire et plaques électriques inutilisables). Le frigidaire est très sale (poignée collante et poisseuse), la vaisselle est collante et huileuse.
