10.0Staff is beyond friendly. Food is five star quality and everyone was so accommodating. Our second time. I felt very safe and comfortable in the hotel. Food was our favorite thing.

6.0The staff were AMAZING very friendly, professional and attentive! However the water went out for a few hours like 2 days while we were there. That was inconvenient for showering and using the restroom.
