Disappointing stay due to poor cleanliness and lack of customer support.

− The apartment was overpriced and not clean. Housekeeping was only once a week, and I found insects on the bed. There was no reception desk for urgent issues—only email support. I also requested fresh bed linen but was told it could only be changed on Monday. Overall, the service did not match the price.

− El sofá cama era malísimo, nos hundíamos y somos personas muy delgadas. Incómodo, hay q cambiar el colchón.

10.0Disponibilité du personnel au besoin. Nous avions qu’à téléphoner et quelqu’un arrivait pour nous aider au besoin. La localisation était plus que parfaite!

In case of loss or damage to the badge/key card, an additional fee of 5EUR per badge/key card will be applied.
