10.0The incredible lake and mountains view, cleanliness of the entire apartment and love how they have filtered drinking water system installed in the kitchen. Love the fireplace in the living room. And the balconies!!
− The TV being on the side of the living room. We do love the fireplace though. We just had a little hard time memorizing the in room dinning menu when calling from the other side of the room to place the order.

8.0Location, views, wonderfully appointed apartment. Staff that we dealt with were attentive and excellent!
− The cleaning was lacking. Basins weren’t wiped over during our stay - bathrooms weren’t cleaned properly as a whole. Only our towels were replaced. For the cost, this should be considered. One day our cleaner didn’t come until 4pm. The cleaning aspect needs a bit of improvement given the cost during the peak season. This does not take away from all the wonderful parts of the hotel, however! Just some feedback for quality improvement.
