9.0The owners were welcoming even though I was late in arriving. There was a secure place to store my bike. and a very much appreciated vegan breakfast was provided. . The communication was clear and easy to follow. It is a great place to stay

Good value and easy access to Winchester city centre.
7.0Good price and within walking distance of city centre. Host was friendly and happy for us to leave our car on his driveway both before our check-in and after our check-out times.
− Very cramped room for two people. Kettle provided but no cups or coffee-making ingredients until breakfast, which was left on a tray outside our room. Good size and choice of things on the breakfast tray but it was inconvenient having to eat whilst perched on the edge of the bed in our room. Room was nice and clean but I noticed black mould at the bottom of the shower cubicle.
