9.0Paola vertelde bij het inchecken dat wij een gratis upgrade hadden gehad naar een kamer met een eigen zwembad. Dit was prachtig! Ook een zeer uitgebreid en goed ontbijt en lief en behulpzaam personeel.

− Empfang an der Rezeption, Pool- und Strandliegen wurden regelmäßig mit Handtüchern reserviert (an unserem letzten Tag wurden zusätzliche Schilder aufgehangen)

10.0Everything was fantastic Very welcoming staff 24/7 with every request or issue. Specious rooms (we booked three rooms). Great breakfast and overall atmosphere. The location on the beach as well as the proximity to Malia make the stay perfect
