No communication about there being no rooms available late at night.
6.0Location, bed was comfortable
− We showed up at 9pm and there was no room ready for us. We along with several others waited over an hour to be able to check in. No call or text to let us know there would be a late check in. After traveling, waiting in a hotel lobby is the last thing you want to have to do.

− My bathtub was dirty the refrigerator isn’t cold and we had to pay 50$ to park

Stayed for a vb tournament
10.0Stayed for 4 nights for vb Nationals tournament. Right across the street is Lucas Oil Stadium. This hotel has its own parking lot. Easy access to the Convention Center. Front desk staff were very personable and helpful. Our room was clean and surprisingly spacious. Indoor pool, no hot tub. Smaller work out room. Continental breakfast, but not included. We had a really nice stay here plus many restaurants and activities were within walking distance.

10.0This is the 5 or 6 stay at this hotel. I'm always satisfied. It's near Union Station, and in walking distance to Downtown.
