6.0Well I’m gonna start with what I did not like the elevator alarm going off at 11pm and the kid running up and down the hallway at 12am to almost 2 am on and off other than that basic stay very simple breakfast.

4.0Location was a bit off. Right in front of the hotel there is homeless people. Room was cramped too much furniture. Bathroom was outdated and needs repairs. No body wash. No extra tolitet paper. Breakfast was not good. Stale bagels and bread. One coffe machine and one toaster which was very inconvenient in the breakfast area Very limited options. One small elevator for all the guest. A few pros was the self parking on site. Air conditioning was nice.

4.0The carpet floors were very dirty and appeared to have not been vacuumed. The bed smelled fresh and the other surfaces in the room appear clean. Even though the room was cool (via AC) temperature was extremely humid and the AC unit was deafeningly loud. I would not stay at this property again.

6.0It’s disheartening that they cannot do better. The rug in the common areas & the room itself seemed it had never been cleaned. The restroom sink was coming apart. The breakfast area is an accident waiting to happen. Our room was never serviced during our stay. It’s not that difficult to tweak these areas a bit
