Horrible experience!
2.0− Fire Alarm Kept going off during our stay numerous times. I was unknowingly checked out in the middle of the night and was woke up to cleaning staff walking into my room unannounced. Found out after my key cards was disabled due to inaccurately being checked out and so was not able to get back into my room after going down for breakfast without having to go get assistance to be let in. All was very frustrating and unacceptable which cause this to be a horrible experience. On top of that the hot tub was not hot and was disgustingly dirty!
Great accommodations with clean rooms, nice staff, and nice variety for breakfast.
