Pleasant stay however the pool needs cleaned
8.0Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We had a brief stay as a storm took out the power in our neighborhood. I was looking at several hotels and decided on this one due to the breakfast, pool, and proximity to our home.
− The kids (8 and 11) were only in the pool for about 5 mins. They were a bit grossed out as there was gray film floating around, the pool looked and they said, felt unclean. It should be noted this is the first time my kids have ever exited a pool without being made to do so. I was shocked that it didn’t pass standards for a 8yo but it did look cloudy and gross. Disappointed as this was a deciding factor. Also the front desk lady seemed overwhelmed and overworked. However she and the other staff were friendly.
