10.0Sinceramente, si quieres experimentar la selva de Sri Lanka sin renunciar a las comodidades modernas, este lugar es una joya escondida. El lugar es enorme y está justo a orillas del lago, así que te alojarás en villas privadas estilo chalet con monos y pájaros por todas partes. El wifi era rápido y fiable, incluso dentro de las habitaciones. La piscina era estupenda y el personal muy amable. Lo único que no me gustó fue que los accesorios del baño estaban un poco anticuados y se notaba el paso del tiempo. Ten en cuenta que está un poco aislado del pueblo principal y que te encontrarás con algunos insectos, ya que estás en plena naturaleza, pero el ambiente tranquilo en general hace que merezca la pena.

Mooi hotel met potentie maar nog veel verbeterpunten
8.0Prachtige chique entree, lekker buffet eten, mooie eetzaal, heel erg fijn en groot zwembad, ping ping tafel, goede buggy service naar de mooie kamers/chaletjes. Hele goede value for money. Mooie ayurvedische salon naast zwembad, ook heel betaalbaar.
− Er zijn wel echt een hoop verbeterpunten maar daarom is het denk ik ook zo betaalbaar. Hele slechte Wifi, hele slechte koffie bij het ontbijt, tegen betaling kon je betere koffie bestellen, dit duurde eeuwen, onvriendelijke dame bij de incheck balie wilde onze kinderen de eerste dag geen extra sleutel kaart geven en beweerde dat we de geleende pingpong batjes niet hadden ingeleverd (het waren onze eigen batjes). Op dag 2 van ons verblijf deden al onze 4 sleutelpassen het niet meer. Mijn zoon was al 2 x heen en weer gelopen met verschillende kaarten (in totaal ben je dan dus 25-30 minuten aan het lopen want het is een giga terrein) Ik ging met de 4 passen maar de balie en ze werden door dezelfde onvriendelijke dame geactiveerd. Ik legde uit dat dit nogal vervelend was voor onze zoon maar er kwam geen excuses, niks.. De telefoon van onze andere zoon is uit de kamer verdwenen, hij bleek in de was van hotel te zitten? (Als excuus kregen we een fles wijn, niet echt gepast als je de telefoon van een 11-jarige kwijt maakt. Kom dan met een goedmakertje voor een 11-jarige, zoals een ijsje of zo) het had allemaal een stuk beter gekund.
