This was my first trip to Egypt, and I can honestly say that I could not have chosen a better hotel for my first experience. We stayed for 11 wonderful days, and from the very first day until the last one, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. We were very lucky with the weather because it was around 30°C, while usually at this time of year temperatures can reach 40°C. This made our vacation even more comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was absolutely wonderful — spacious, comfortable, and always perfectly clean. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. Fresh towels, beautiful towel decorations with flowers, daily bottled water, a perfectly working air conditioner, and a comfortable atmosphere made our stay even better. The hotel territory is simply beautiful. Everything is extremely clean, well maintained, and carefully looked after. The gardens, walking areas, and all common areas were always in perfect condition. There are three swimming pools, including one with a pool bar where guests can enjoy delicious drinks, cocktails, and ice cream. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The sea is literally one minute away. The beach is beautiful, and with coral shoes and a snorkeling mask you can discover an amazing underwater world right from the shore. We saw so many colorful fish! It is a perfect place for children, beginners, and everyone who loves the sea. There is also a pontoon where you can swim further and enjoy even more beautiful views. A special thank you to the lifeguards who were always attentive and truly cared about guests’ safety. I would like to give a very special thank you to the entire restaurant team, because they truly made a huge part of our vacation unforgettable. From the second day of our stay until the very last day, we felt exceptional attention and care from the whole restaurant department. The restaurant management, the executive chef, and the second chef were always present, friendly, and genuinely interested in the guests’ experience. During breakfast, lunch, and dinner, they regularly came to the guests, asked if everything was good, if we enjoyed the food, and whether there was anything they could improve. This level of personal attention and care was truly impressive. The restaurant staff were absolutely wonderful. Starting from the second day, they remembered exactly which drinks we liked and brought them to our table before we even asked. Even with so many guests in the restaurant, they remembered people’s preferences and treated everyone with warmth, respect, and kindness. The service was outstanding. Dirty plates were removed immediately, the tables were always clean, and every employee was smiling, polite, and ready to help. They created such a welcoming atmosphere that every meal became not just breakfast, lunch, or dinner, but a beautiful experience filled with comfort and care. The food was always delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. There was a great variety of dishes, fresh fruits, desserts, and something for every taste. The quality of the food and the attention to detail were excellent. I would also like to give special thanks to the bar team. They prepared an absolutely amazing cocktail for me with blackcurrant juice and a salted rim on the glass. I had never tried anything like this before! It became my favorite drink during the entire vacation, and I was looking forward to enjoying it every day. Thank you for your creativity, attention, and for adding such a unique and unforgettable detail to our holiday. During our stay, we also had the opportunity to visit Luxor. Although the weather was extremely hot, this excursion was absolutely unforgettable. Luxor is incredibly beautiful and full of history. We were very lucky to visit the pharaohs’ tombs, and being inside these ancient places was a truly magical and emotional experience. It felt like traveling thousands of years back in time. Overall, this vacation was a dream come true. The beautiful hotel, amazing staff, wonderful location, delicious food, and unforgettable experiences made our stay perfect. Thank you to the entire hotel team for your hospitality, kindness, and hard work. You created an atmosphere where guests feel truly welcomed and cared for. I left with wonderful memories and would happily return again. Highly recommended!

So good and comfortable hotel !The rooms was always clean .The bartenders were fast and friendly)The food in the restaurant was excellent,every meal you will find something new and tasty,big thanks to the chef of the restaurants !Sea is full of fishes ,so be ready for nice snorkeling 🤿 I find this hotel so cozy ,friendly and quiet,perfect choice for couples and families ❤️Big thanks for all workers ,you made our vacation so special!
