− We had an emergency in our group, a death in the family, so they could not make it. It happened the day before we were to leave. The hotel attendant told us said that they could not cancel the room. Consequently, we were charged for a room we did not use. $218.00. I am not happy about that. 8.0Great experience. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and the check in women were all friendly and helpful. The suite was very spacious and extremely clean. Wonderful small kitchen with a full fridge/ freezer. The hot breakfast was above average. Only thing that brought this down from a 5 star was the height of the toilet. It was unbelievably close to the ground ( around 16”) with no grab bar or anything to hold on to. This hotel was built around 2015, so Hilton should have been aware of the fact that many people need accessible toilets. The sink was also very low. Highly recommend this hotel unless you have issues with extremely low toilets.
