The best thing about this hotel is breakfast
7.0The breakfast was excellent, staff in the restaurant was very nice. It was quiet in the room, and it was close to the metro station.
− The parking garage (which you pay for extra) is very very dirty, you feel like they are not counting on customers coming in there. There is so much dust and piles of random stuff lying everywhere, as you enter the corridor to go to the lift there are doors opened to other storage rooms and everything feels like from a horror movie, just dusty, broken things… maybe at least shut the door, so your new arrivals aren’t welcomed by this at the first sight. Not a good rep for the Ramada brand. Room was ok, outdated so not worth the price, but with the breakfast and pool it is ok. As you go to your room there are also storage rooms opened here and there and it is just not a pleasant look in case od this hotel.

− Напоследък доста се е понижило нивото на хигиена в хотела, картите за отключване на стаите често блокират и трябва да се ходи до рецепция. Персоналът на рецепция в повечето случаи е нелюбезен, като разбира се има и изключения. Под леглото имаше кутийки от храна, опаковки, които явно не са били забелязани от персоналът, тъй като явно не се чисти под леглото. Определено за тази цена би трябвало да се обърне много по-голямо внимание на чистотата.
