10.0The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, spacious and well maintained. The food in the restaurant is delicious. We got upgraded to a city view for my husband’s birthday and left pastries and a card which was a lovely touch. We will definitely come back as it was so relaxing.
Great staff, the hotel was in the city and near the heart of Belfast city centre. Very clean and our room was lovely.

− I can’t fault nothing about the hotel at all. Apart from you never got breakfast with the price we paid. Had to pay extra for the breakfast and with the price we paid, breakfast could have been included. That was all.
