− Bathrooms are from the 1960s. Water everywhere when showering. The bench tops and cabinets in the bathroom swollen and glued together. Reception staff just look at you blankly until you feel bad about yourself for asking a simple question. They are not there to help solve your issue. Laundry charges.... Television issues.... But Tuaranga is beautiful.

5.0− On Booking:check in from 2pm. We were waiting until 5pm to have the room card. The manager said checking time is anytime after 2pm and it is decided by the hotel but not the guests. I was Very angry about that answer.
Good to know
You must show a valid credit card and photo ID upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.
