A nice hotel but one that seemed to be past its prime.
7.0The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet. The pool area was very clean. The lobby area was very nice and attractive. The location worked well for us. When we had an issue with our original room, they upgraded us to a suite and did so quickly.
− Our original room looked like it hadn't really been cleaned - there were hairs in the beds and on the toilet and crumbs on the floor. Also the facilities looked like they had seen better days - there were some cracks and water stains here and there.
