4.0It is in the location that we needed to be in. The bed was comfortable.
− Upon arrival, the receptionist displayed unprofessional behavior. She did not greet us or introduce herself, wore a faded and cracked shirt with no visible name tag, and her body language appeared unwelcoming and visibly annoyed. This initial interaction set a disappointing tone for our visit. Additionally, the accommodations were below acceptable standards. The door to Room 316 did not lock, compromising our safety. We were relocated to Room 320, where we encountered further issues: the restroom door would not stay closed, and the sink faucet was broken, making basic use difficult.

− It was clean but the ac hardly turned on and there was a roach crawling up the wall and side of the tv . Bed made me itch all over
