فندق محير في تقييمه يعني متقدرش تقول واو ومتقدرش تقول وحش هو فندق كويس فيه بعض المميزات مثلا البيكري او المخبز يعني رائع الطعم والتنوع اللي فيه تحفه والبنت المصرية اللي بتقدم الحلويات بشوشة وجميلة بس مثلا وقته قليل ال VR إضافة كويسة للمكان بس زيرو تنظيم وفيه بعض الشخصيات اللي فيه تكرهك في المكان من تكشيرتهم سيارات التصادم لذيذه والشباب اللي هناك جمال وطيبين موظفين الاستقبال واحنا داخلين كويسين واحنا خارجين منتهي العبوس اللي في وشك ويقولك فين الكروت كانك هتدخل بيهم تاني بعد متروح وفين الاسورة نقصها ! قعدت في حوالي 50 فندق برة مصر محصليش كده نضافة الغرف تحس برضه الشباب مغصوبين عليها ! اخر يوم البنت الصغيرة عملت حمام علي البطانية سابها زي مهي ويادوب غير الملايات بس ! قعدنا 4 ايام ف الفندق محدش كلمنا ولا عبرنا قالنا مثلا مبسوطين معانا محتاجين حاجة الدنيا تمام ولا الهوا المطعم الشخص اللي بيحط الوجبة الرئيسية بيحطلنا 4 جمبريات في الطبق كان اللي هياكل عصفورة ! قعدنا 4 ايام برضه مفيش مثلا محاشي مفيش حمام سمان مفيش حاجة تحس انهم بيظهرولك ان في اكل كتير ومتنوع بس لو جيت تبص في الاخر هتلاقيه عادي تجربة محيرة متقدرش تقول وحشة لان الفندق كويس والاكوا بارك والملاهي والفي ار والبيسينات كويسة بس التجربة كخدمة عملا في الباتروس بالاس السنة اللي فاتت كانت افضل كتير

− Extremely Disappointing Check-In Experience On 18 July 2026, I arrived at Pickalbatros Aqua Vista Hotel with my wife and three children to check in for a five-night stay booked through Booking.com. Our reservation, made in May 2026, was for two double rooms and was based on three adults and two children. At the time of booking, one of my sons was still under 12 and was therefore correctly registered as a child. However, he turned 12 only five days before our arrival. Booking.com had not alerted me that his classification would change by the check-in date. At reception, I was told that the hotel would not honour the original reservation unless I paid an additional charge to change the booking from two double rooms to one triple room and one double room. I contacted Booking.com immediately, and their representatives advised that the hotel did not need to amend the booking. They repeatedly attempted to contact the hotel’s reservation team and asked the hotel to waive the additional charge, but received no response or cooperation. My family and I were left waiting at reception for approximately three and a half hours. Despite Booking.com’s efforts to resolve the situation, the hotel refused to complete the check-in unless I paid the extra fees. Following Booking.com’s advice, I declined to do so. What made the experience even more disappointing was that this would have been my fourth consecutive year staying at this hotel. As a returning customer, I expected a reasonable and considerate approach, particularly as my son had only recently turned 12 and the issue arose from his age at the check-in date rather than any deliberate attempt to provide incorrect information. Eventually, after waiting for several hours with my wife and children, we had no choice but to leave the hotel without checking in. The entire experience was extremely frustrating, upsetting and disappointing for the whole family.

Otel temiz imkanları çok iyi cocuklar icin çok aktivite var

− İlk gün sabah erken saatlerde otele geldik namaz kılacak yer bulamadık sonra ordan bir sorumlu kendi odasını ve seccadesi ni verdi onun odasında kıldık yatsı namazını ama sabah namazını lobide koltukların arkasında yerde kıldık seccade bile vermediler lobideki çalışanlardan biri kendilerine ait odada namaz kıldı kapıdaki karşılama görevlisi kağıt karton üzerinde bahçede kıldı. Yemekler Türk damakntadina çok uymuyor ama makarna salata patates kızartması felan mutlaka yiyecek biseyler bulursunuz.

The facilities were clean. Staff was supportive for example Mr Mina and Mr Ali in the receiption office. Food was variable and delicious.

The staff were lovely. The hotel was always clean. There was lots of activities to do including a free theme park. Would definitely recommend.
