Location is great but the room was dirty.
5.0The location to SPAC is great.
− The room was dirty with Cobb webs in the shower as well as the bathroom corners of each wall. There was also no smoke detector in the room. Only a mount where one used to be. The shower curtain rod was broke and hanging low so the curtain didn’t hold water in the shower and the whole bathroom floor would get wet. And the soap dispenser in the shower was almost empty. It was obvious nobody has cleaned or stayed in this room in a while.

− There weren't towels at the pool and the hot tub wasn't working other than jets. I had to call for TP(there wasn't any in the suite just an empty roll) and they made me go to the office to get it myself. The staff was cold and unfriendly. I was extremely disappointed as this was our 3rd stay here.

We were very excited about staying at this property but were very disappointed.
3.0Clean, large room with mini-fridge and microwave. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Location.
− Website did not accurately represent property: tennis courts and outdoor pool weren’t usable, fitness room equipment very outdated or not functioning, included breakfast very basic, and spa services weren’t readily available. Discolored water coming out of bathroom sink sporadically, housekeeping virtually non-existent (had to ask for clean towels and more toilet paper).
