8.0Upon our arrival, Tamara on reception was excellent, friendly and welcoming as were all the staff. The little personal touches in the room each day was lovely. Fresh water, blueberry muffins, biscuits and a little yellow duck which could be placed anywhere in the bathroom was so cute.
− The mattresses on the beds were very firm which left it a little uncomfortable to sleep.
