Excellent stay! Great host!
10.0Best host! Very responsive, she helped us very much. Such a nice lady! The apartment is very nice, and the host makes all the difference. Smooth check-in, clean apartment, we did not use the kitchen much, but it is very well-equipped if you need to cook. Balcony with nice view ( last floor with elevator). Free parking. The location is the best in Bansko, right next to the Gondola Lift. Big supermarket near the apartment. Lots of restaurants and bars very close, but in the same time the apartment is so quiet, we had a good rest after ski during the day. We did everything on foot, did not need to move the car. Thank you for everything, hope to return soon!

10.0The apartment is spacious, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The balcony is large and sunny. Excellent water-heater, plenty of hot water. Beds and even the sofa are comfortable because they are new. Close to the restaurants and shops. Would definitely come again.
− Couldn't find the hair dryer. Toiletries were symbolic - two absolutely tiny bottles for 3 people staying for 6 nights.

10.0Bansko Royal Tower is very central, and the room was really nice. The heating was excellent, and there is plenty of space. I would definitely recommend.
