Great value for money, exceptionally clean, tastefully furnished and decorated, beautiful setting.
9.0We were delighted with our accommodation. It was great value for money. David is such a friendly, welcoming host. We loved the quirky reception! Our room was exceptionally clean and tastefully furnished. While it didn't have an ensuite, the bathroom was directly opposite the room, so it was very handy and again very clean. Our son's room had a huge ensuite. The grounds are lovely to wander in. Although they don't provide breakfast, there is a restaurant very close by which does. We will be back.
This is my second home for now because I really appreciate

A real gem, tucked out of sight but so accessible.
8.0Big bedroom and en-suite. Comfortable bed. Private. Set in lovely grounds. An arresting decor.
− Nothing really. The shower fitting could do with upgrading.
Only spent a few hours so we could catch an early flight from Newcastle but would definitely recommend Hedgefield House
9.0Good old fashioned big bedroom. Easy parking and checkout. Good recommendations from David for a lovely Italian restaurant that was almost next door. Difficult to rate as we only stayed overnight.
