− They didnt have any pool towels and the price was a little high and some of the staff seemed stressed

It was a nice hotel but I expect to get into my room at the promised time.
6.0The front desk staff were nice. It was located next to lots of options to eat.
− We had to wait in the lobby an additional hour after check in time to even check in because housekeeping hadn’t cleaned any of the double Queen suites yet. It set all of our plans behind and we had to cancel an activity because of it. We also had to go to the desk to get additional towels because we had 4 people (5 were actually on the reservation) and only had 2 bath towels in our suite.
