7.0− Downstairs lobby floor stayed dirty and elevators. Refrigerator was dirty in room. Lady at front desk refused to give me a print out receipt of my stay when I turned key cards in because I reserved through booking.com (that was a first time)!

3.0The employee named Jim was helpful at check-in.
− First I received an email that check in was between 10-11 but when we arrived there were no rooms available. I was told to call about 12 and check and whoever I spoke with on the phone had an attitude that I called and asked. After check in, Our shower was stopped up and wouldn’t drain. When taking a shower it filled up the bathtub. We could not love to a different room because they said they were booked. No one was on the premises to do anything about the drain. It definitely was not optimal when there were 4 people who needed to shower. A manager was supposed to reach out but they did not.
