Stay with a toddler
6.0As a couple with an 18 month old toddler we had a good 2 night stay at the Ole Bull. It’s in such a great location, with many points of interest within walking distance. We requested a cot when booking and it was ready in our room upon arrival. Our room was a good size and the main living area was modern. There were good amenities in the kitchen and having the ability to screencast on the TV was ideal. There are also self-serve laundry facilities for a small fee which was fantastic to have as we had a short stop on a long trip. We found the staff at the hotel to be friendly and helpful. However, we found the apartment to be incredibly dark and was not as clean as we would have liked it to have been, with a lot of dust and crumbs in the fridge. The sofa was incredibly uncomfortable - definitely more style over substance. We had seen other reviews about noise levels of the nightclub over the weekend and although we did not experience this (Sunday and Monday stay) we experienced a lot of noise from other guests with children running around our floor screaming and shouting for long periods of time after 9pm both nights - a real issue when you have a little one in bed.
