Not a 5 star hotel sadly
3.0Good size room and good location.
− Very poor quality rooms especially for the price. Walls very thin and no soundproofing. I do not think this is a 5 star hotel.
We enjoy the hotel although room was dark with no lamp and blinds down not working

Reliable option in Tribeca
7.0Great location in Tribeca, comfortable bed, and some of the staff are friendly. The hotel still has some of its original charm. They accommodated my late checkout, which I appreciated.
− The hotel is just not what it once was. The staff used to take a much more personal approach (acknowledgement as a return guest, e.g.). The room was looking run down and in need of an update (stains on wall, chair, etc.). Charging in the room is outdated for USB type, which is not handy for international travelers.
