Very pleasant stay
8.0We have stayed here many times before and have always had a good experience. The air conditioning was a bonus in this weather.
− The only negatives were the noisy mini fridge and a very bright emergency exit sign in the room ( which flooded the room in green light)
Amazing staff and brilliant location for LEGOLAND
10.0The staff was the highlight of the stay and the hotel was beautiful too
− Everything was perfect. My only down point was that there weren’t blinds on the skylights :)
Great! Lovely old building with lots of character
9.0Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice served by very friendly staff
− I have no complaints
Dreadful diapoinyment
2.0Very little apart from location. The meal on the first evening was the best. In a good location. Expensive for what we got. Wouldn't go there again - also other people were complaining.
− Room was awful - cramped with uncomfortable bed, noisy fan, fridge not stocked with water as promised and powered by loose cable across the floor. Very dark so had to use iPhone torch to see in fridge and tea making area. Several staff grumpy, and breakfast service was slow and expensive
Lovely pub with great rooms . Very dog friendly.
9.0Very friendly staff and dog friendly . Room was great and our dog was welcome everywhere . Nice outside garden . Great evening meal and breakfast .
Just OK.
6.0Staff were friendly and our sunday evening meal was very good.
− Our bathroom was very tired and scruffy with amateur DIY sealant repairs. The view of the old van and builders trestles out of the bedroom window was a treat. Breakfast was very slow and quite poor quality - expensive for what it was.
