Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is nice, clean, has fun things to do. The staff was very nice and helpful. Two issues: 1. I stayed in late March when it was quite warm, and the pool was closed. I flew there from Ohio hoping to use the pool and there was nothing about it being closed this time of year on the website, at least that I saw. 2. Not really a complaint, but it's *far* from the strip or downtown, if that's important to you. I knew the location when I booked, and stayed there because it was closer to the event I was attending. But be forewarned that there's very little to do in the area outside the hotel.

Watch for hidden fees!

The hotel room was comfortable and clean. It was quiet in the room. Easy access to restaurants and a food court. The problem we encountered was that the hotel nor the booking agent informed us there was a daily $45 resort fee. There was nothing in writing on our original pre-payment receipt either. We are contesting that.

Wouldn’t stay here again

Overall, just not the cleanest hotel, I had to go down and ask for my room to get serviced again and when I did the front desk employee just seemed annoyed. When they did service my room again it was still dirty, sticky black substance in the sheets, random hairs in the shower, pee on the back of the toilet seat that had been there since we fist checked in, (was finally gone by the 4th clean) splatter’s all over the bathroom wall & floor. And food stained furniture. $40 daily resort fee for hotel amenities, mind you there is no complementary breakfast. The pool is closed during the winter. And the food court options suck if you’re in a pinch. Won’t be staying here again.

Awful service, refused refund, ridiculous

Had to stay here for about a week due to a disaster in my home while insurance fixed everything. Accidentally double paid for the same night and they refused to provide a refund for the duplicate charge. Not only that but Rochelle at the front desk was incredibly rude for no reason. Won’t be back, there are hotels in the area with free breakfast and better service!

The resort fee yields nothing. There isn’t much to do and the only leisure activities are movies or gambling, which are paid. I felt ripped off with the resort fee. The room doesn’t have a coffee machine, and there is not a plastic bag supplied to protect the interior of the ice bucket when filling ice. Decent stay overall but the resort fees must go!
