8.0We had a wonderful experience here. The location can't be beat. It's as if you are staying in the soul of Boston. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean. Just a heads up, the Queen size beds have very small mattresses. Not like a Queen at home, so plan accordingly.

− Customer service poor at hotel. Lack of refrigerator and no ice machines. Room had no soap and we waited 14 hours and 3 requests for them to supply it.
