A peaceful high quality place to stay and eat
9.0Secret peaceful location. Calm decor and very comfortable bedrooms. Great bathrooms and high standard of cleanliness.Locals come for the food which is imaginative and in a league above standard pub fare.
− Loved it all really. Only comment is you choose a breakfast option from the menu as there is no buffet and you can't just have a slice of toast or fruit and yogurt if you aren't hungry.
Great place to make a base if you're in the area
9.0Room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was great, the shower in particular. Breakfast was fantastic.
An ideal stop place between Yorkshire and the North East
8.0Conveniently located outside of Darlington, with a pleasant outlook. It was great to have our own apartment, which was really well appointed, with good facilities. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was an ideal place for us to stop on route from Yorkshire to Northumberland.
