9.0The Rooms where a little tiered and could do with a paint but overall value was good The host was very welcoming and acomadating and could not do enough for you the breakfast was very good and plentiful. We would definitely go back if in Brighton

Nice and comfy , near to the beach, nice gentlemen running the establishment.
