− Room not clean properly, no fan in room, to many rules.

9.0The access to the leisure centre nearby was great, have gym and heated pool there, and is within 5min easy walk. Older rooms and decor, but well kept and clean. Free parking was great too, as have to pay for parking everywhere in Southport.
− Was ok for me, but the bathroom is small (if you want a big bathroom area).

10.0Fab location, warm welcome on arrival. Lovely patio on the front.. and the room was spacious and very cool in the warm weather. Me and my lad had a great weekend would stay again 😁

The Warwick Southport does not have a 24-hour reception and check-in, so guests must contact the property with an approximate time of arrival. Please note that check-ins after 18:00 are strictly by arrangement.
Please note that on Tuesdays check-ins are before 12:00 or after 17:00.
Breakfast is served in the dining room until 09:00, except on New Year's Day. Other times only by arrangement. No hot food is to be consumed in the bedrooms.
Guests need to input 'Bath Street' into their GPS, not 'Back Bath Street'.
Guests with any dietary requests must contact the property before the stay.
