6.0The location is excellent and the breakfast was delicious.
− The hotel looks a lot nicer on the photos. Our room was tired and not particularly clean. The bathroom needs re-doing and the carpet needs replacing.

8.0I managed to park outside on the road. The room was very nice...very old building with character. Comfortable bed. Great TV with numerous channels. Breakfast was excellent 👌 😋 👍

9.0Sehr nettes kleines Hotel mit Café und Bäckerei im Untergeschoss. Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptstraße, parken sollte man etwas außerhalb ca. 4 Minuten Fußweg. Nettes kleine Geschäfte und viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Uns hat es gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen.

7.0Excellent location right on high street in Rye . Tasty and generous breakfast which is served in brunch restaurant downstairs . Room has coffee machine and good tea . Room was big .
− Room could do with a refresh, in particular bathroom - grouting in shower cubicle tiles need refresh , basin had small cracks and paint a bit worn. Bed a bit soft, while some people may like this I prefer firmer mattress .
Would certainly stay again - great location and delicious breakfast.
10.0We loved our stay at the Whitehouse. It was a great location in the middle of Rye. We stayed in the Crumpet room which was really nice and spacious. Loved the huge bath too! The breakfast was very delicious and the staff very friendly.
− It was quite warm in the room but I had anticipated this and so bought an extra fan which helped.
