− Wifi ging niet helemaal goed, maar dat was geen groot probleem.
Disappointing when compared to reviews and website, but we enjoyed our stay.

− Breakfast set up, few issues with room, sorted, out of date products - just wasn't quite ready for summer season.

It was a shame we had to cut our stay short but these things happen and the staff were great.
9.0Spacious room, lovely and clean, lovely cream tea on arrival, staff couldn’t be more helpful
− Unfortunately there was no hot water, as the boiler had broken,so we had to cut our stay short by 2 days, but we weren’t charged for the 2 nights we did stay. We were surprised that to get a cooked breakfast we would need to go into Looe and use a voucher at a specific cafe and pay for parking. To be fair the continental breakfast at the B&B did have an amazing choice of food and we could eat there any time of the day if we wanted.
