10.0The beach side view was very nice. The staff responded very quickly with regards to my check in review about things I noticed weren't clean. Only thing I wish i had was warm water but maybe there was a swirch that i didnt know abour.

2.0The staff was bad specially the lady manager there is no. common sense. She was rude and Loud. These one rule for the arabs and white people and there panther rule for the other people. It is terrible manager. I will never stay again

4.0No hot water, even after the maintenance came to fix. We can hear the noise from the hallway and out. Only one towel in the bathroom.
