6.0El personal muy amable y nos ayudó mucho en cuanto a información sobre transporte en la ciudad. La cama cómoda, una zona de estar agradable.
− La habitación era pequeña, armario pequeño para cuatro días de estancia. La cama pegada a la puerta del cuarto de baño que era también pequeño. El desayuno muy normal, nada especial. La ubicación tampoco me gustó, demasiado lejos del centro, aunque tenía un metro cerca y disponibilidad de autobuses también cerca.
Solid choice if you need to stay close to Central London at a reasonable budget on a family trip.

− One elevator was broken for the entire week and never fixed, the remaining one was extra slow and caused a lot of inconvenience.
