8.0Front desk employees are good. They try to help the guest. But all of doormen I encountered are mean and arrogant. I don't know why this hotel need any doorman. Tyey don't do anything but staring guests.

10.0For the family traveling with kids, I love the options of having washer, dryer and kitchen in the apartment. And I also like the gym to continue my routine work out while on vacation. This residence apartments are located in EAC (Europe American Center) which is easily for taxi driver to find. We rarely used public transportation in Hangzhou because taxi is really cheap. And for a family of 4 it is much more convenient to book online vehicle services or just get Taxi. Staffs are very friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious with minor flaws, e. g., toilet seat cover needs to be lowered down when flushing?? Dryer and washer are not separated, it takes 3 hours to dry clothes and clothes still come out damp… Overall I still enjoy the experience in Oakwood apartment. It has everything I need. Didn’t use the breakfast buffet, instead we went out and enjoyed the local food which is more traditional and with more options.
