Wonderful hotel with professional, kind and attentive staff. Excellent north Raleigh location.
10.0The excellent experience started with Emily, the evening front desk person that was very kind and helpful in checking us into the hotel and putting us in a very quiet feather free room on a very late reservation and checkin. Emily is very knowlegeable, professional and kind. The room was indeed very quiet and comfortable. In the morning the 2 ladies at the front desk were also very helpful as we checked out a little later than the standard 12 noon check out time. We would stay at this hotal again.
− Difficult to get the the black out curtains to fully close 100% (a common problem at most hotels for late risers). The toilet flush handle did not function properly. Engineering responded promply.

− Breakfast was not something to be desired..Food was not attended to as it should,therefore guests had to complain of its lukewarm of temperature...didn't expect a cafeteria style breakfast...Staff was very kind..
